Return Policy for Custom-Made Products

Each item is meticulously created to meet your specific requirements. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have a tailored return policy to ensure your satisfaction:
1. Refunds for Errors on Our Behalf
We are committed to delivering top-notch products that meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that there is an error or defect in your custom-made item that is a result of our craftsmanship, we will gladly provide you with a full refund or send you a corrected replacement.
2. No Refunds for Customer-Generated Errors
As your input plays a vital role in the creation of your custom item, we kindly request that you carefully review and confirm all details, including design choices, spelling, and size specifications before placing your order. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns if the error or dissatisfaction arises from the information or choices provided by the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
As we work at such a fast pace, we cannot accept cancellations as each item is crafted specifically for you.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return due to an error on our behalf, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing photographic evidence of the error.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 days of approval of your return. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to reflect in your account.
