Frequently asked questions
How do I pay my fees?
Fees can be paid on your parent portal. A link to this is sent once you join the academy. The parent portal gives the guardian of the student access to progress notes, appropriate videos and files and a secure payment software.
What if my child or I am injured and cannot attend class?
Unfortuntely term fees are non-refundable in the case of injury. We welcome injured students to watch class so they can continue to learn.
Can I pay for drop in classes?
We do not offer drop-in classes for school-aged students. Adults can however come to drop in classes where space permits. Please contact us for drop in prices.
How do I book a trial?
To book a trial please complete the form on this page. Once a member of our team has received this they will be in touch within 48 hours to book a date and confirm your details.
How can I enrol into Colman Creative Academy?
You can enrol into the academy either by contacting the admin team or by signing up via the parent portal.
