When you’ll receive each item:
T-Shirt: Approx 2 weeks from ordering
Tights: 2 weeks before the show
Programme, Well Done Card & Rose: Collected from the theatre on show day
DVD: Available after the show once supplied by the DVD provider. An email will be sent when it is ready to collect.

🧼 T-Shirt Care Instructions – Keep Me Looking My Best!
To keep your Colman Creative T-Shirt fresh, bold, and ready for every class:

Wash inside out to protect the logo

Use cold or 30°C wash with similar colours

Air dry only – do not tumble dry

Do not iron directly on the logo (iron inside out if needed)

We want all of our performers to feel confident and comfortable in their uniform. Please read the policy below before placing your order:
❌ Returns / Refunds

As all items are custom branded for each order, we are unable to offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
📦 How to Exchange
Please email uniform@colmancreative.co.uk with your child’s name, the item, and the size needed. We’ll confirm next steps and arrange a swap as quickly as possible.
