Circtastics classes vary in length depending if they are an intro or standard class. Intro classes have less time at each station to develop their skills but are great for students wanting to be slowly introduced to the sessions.
Warm Up is performed as a team relay and stretches. Students then work on juggling skills.

The class is then split into three groups working in three areas:
1 - Circus Skills
2 - Silk Work
3 - Track Work
​
Students all work from their own progression card, achieving new skills at their own pace in all four areas of the class.
