Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment 1.1. All one-off bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. 1.2. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. 2. Cancellation & Refunds 2.1. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the scheduled class or session. 2.2. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling to a later date (subject to availability). 2.3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class/session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. 3. Transfers & Changes 3.1. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another participant. 3.2. Requests to change the booking date must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. 4. No-Show Policy 4.1. If a participant fails to attend a booked session without prior notice, the booking will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling option. 5. Agreement to Terms 5.1. By booking a one-off class/session, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
