Orders can be cancelled or amended before the preorder deadline of 1st January 2027.
After this date, orders are placed with our suppliers and therefore cannot usually be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless an item is faulty or not as described.
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
