To keep your Colman Creative Items fresh, bold, and ready for every class:

• Wash inside out to protect the logo

• Use cold or 30°C wash with similar colours

• Air dry only – do not tumble dry

• Do not iron directly on the logo (iron inside out if needed)

• Avoid bleach or fabric softener – it can affect print quality

• Do not dry clean

🔁 Colman Creative Uniform Returns & Exchange Policy

We want all of our performers to feel confident and comfortable in their uniform. Please read the policy below before placing your order:

❌ Returns / Refunds

• As all items are custom branded for each order, we are unable to offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

📦 How to Exchange

Please email uniform@colmancreative.co.uk with your child’s name, the item, and the size needed. We’ll confirm next steps and arrange a swap as quickly as possible.
