Returns & Cancellations
As our Take Your Bow 2027 merchandise is ordered especially for our production, please check all sizes and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Orders can be cancelled or amended before the preorder deadline of 1st January 2027.
After this date, orders are placed with our suppliers and therefore cannot usually be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless an item is faulty or not as described.
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
