Penalty Box Training is a 45 minute session which incorporates a warm up, main fitness session and cool down. 

Following the principals of HIIT; exercises last for up to 1 minute 30 seconds with rest periods between each exercise. 

With Penalty Box Training you will burn more calories compared to low-impact training and also continue to burn calories AFTER working out!

Penalty Box Training uses one simple piece of equipment, the Penalty Box! This is an agility grid and hurdle all-in-one. When arriving to the class you will receive a box to use for the class which means that each individual can go at a pace which suits them best! 

There are over 119 exercises which make up a Penalty Box Class and each session we work through a range of these using the focuses below: 

- Plyometric & Explosion Exercises 

- Speed & Agility Exercises

Hurdle Hustler Exercises

- Core & Strength Exercises

- Resistance Band Exercises

- Combination Exercises
