Our Dancers Development class is perfect for any budding dancer ages 7 plus who is eager to take their training into their own hands.
Conditioning is defined as a state of being physically fit so your body can safely perform the physical demands with least risk and possibility of injury. For dancers, body conditioning is all about working to tone and sculpt their muscle apart from, and over and above the dance movements.
Our Dancers Development class focuses on strength, flexibility and technique enabling students to be the best they can be. Dancers Development has been proven to decrease common injuries in dancers such as hip impingement, achilles tendonitis and stress fractures.
Students who take part in Dancers Development use equipment including yoga blocks, balls, therabands and yoga straps to enhance their training.
